Can i cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If 24 hours have passed from when you placed the order, then the order cannot be cancelled.

It says my order was delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?
If this happens to you, immediately email our customer relations team at email@example.com with the subject line "Missing Order" in the prefix. We will contact with our courier provider to locate your package.
If we are unable to locate the package, we will open a claim to investigate the matter. Please allow 3-4 weeks for a claim to be completed. We will contact you as soon as we have an update on the status of the package. You will be compensated appropriately for the delay in shipment.
